RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@selvag.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return requests should include the order number, checkout email, item name, and return reason. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a free return label.
